After the package is shipped, customers will receive an email notification and can track the delivery status using the tracking number and link.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Graded Card/Booster Box

Customers must contact us within 7 days (from the date of shipment) to request a refund.

Only refunds for "items not matching the order" will be accepted.

Items must be returned in the same condition as sold. Refunds cannot be processed for any opened, damaged, worn, scratched, or soiled items.

Product images are for reference only; actual colors may vary due to different cameras or screens, and this cannot be a reason for a refund.
Raw Card Items

To avoid swapping issues, single card products are non-refundable.
Returns

Before processing a refund, items must be sent back to our company.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return items to us.
Refund Method

Credit Card Payments: Upon successful return confirmation, the amount will be refunded directly to the original credit card used for payment.
